Behind the house
More than a roof.
Blitzhype is the Marketing & Sales OS behind campaigns for Universal Music, Henkell Freixenet and flaconi. We're backed by PayPal Ventures and operator angels including the founder of Notebooksbilliger, the CEO of flaconi, the former CEO of eBay Germany and the founders of Shopware. Residents get that network, intros to the investors from our own round, and a content team that tells your story while you're still writing it.
Half the rent is on us.
Blitzhype covers 50% of the rent for every resident. You pay under €1,500 for the full five weeks, in a city where that usually doesn't get you a month.

Founders. And the ones about to become one.
You're building something, any industry, any stage. Or you're not yet: you're sharp, you can ship, and you'd rather find your idea at a table full of people than alone in a flat. Join a team in the house or start one there. The only hard rule is the full five weeks.
Your share of the rent stays under €1,500 for the full five weeks, Blitzhype covers the other half. We'll walk you through the details on the call.

Questions
Before you ask.
Do I need a visa?
Most European founders enter on ESTA for up to 90 days. We send a short guide once you're confirmed.
Do I need a car?
No. The house shares a car for city days and errands, and the ferry and bus run into San Francisco.
Can I stay shorter?
No. Five weeks is the point.
Can I bring my co-founder?
Yes. Apply separately and mention each other.
Can I bring my partner?
Not as a resident. Visits are welcome.
What if I have to cancel?
Full refund until 10 Jan, half until 30 Jan, none after that.
